intentive, open4business and neusta add Conversational AI solution to portfolio and offer implementation in digital platforms.

Mercury expands partner network.

Bielefeld, June 13, 2023. Mercury.ai, provider of solutions for Conversational AI, is establishing a new partner network in the DACH region, thereby strengthening its market positioning. Until now, the Bielefeld-based company had handled the onboarding of customers together with partner agency and shareholder comspace. With immediate effect, three new strategic partners with concentrated digital expertise are strengthening the project business: Mercury.ai is gaining experienced implementation partners in the field of digital experiences with intentive, open4business and neusta webservices. Together, they want to support companies in expanding their digital platforms with intelligent chatbots and thus optimize customer communication. Further partnerships are under discussion.

Mercury.ai's Conversational AI platform forms the basis for providing high-performance chatbots for automated customer care and consulting. Companies such as Nestlé, Volkswagen Financial Services, Ravensburger, Böllhoff and Schüco use the platform to talk to their customers via messenger services such as Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. One of the strengths of Mercury.ai is the ability to have human contacts and chatbots serve customers together. In this way, the chatbots learn from real dialogs and can gradually handle more and more topics independently.

"Together with the new partners, we want to make Mercury.ai the most important platform for Conversational AI in the enterprise segment in the next few years," says Mercury.ai CEO Johannes Tappmeier. "We have a strong team and a great product. With the new partners on board, we can address more customers in the future and also spend more time on further expanding the platform."

Stefan Trockel, Managing Director at Mercury.ai and responsible for product development, adds, "We are developers* and techies at heart. Our goal is to continue to focus on our product while growing. By building our strategic partner network, we have taken the right step to achieve this."

80 years of concentrated digital experience now support the startup in its further growth

The three new partners intentive, open4business and neusta webservices are experienced agencies for consulting and developing digital experiences. All partners have been successful in the market for 20 years or more and work with customers such as Miele, EDEKA and VfL Wolfsburg. Together with Mercury.ai, medium-sized and large companies will be introduced to the benefits of Conversational AI in the future.

"The opportunities that exist in customer service are great! Chatbots are an important lever to positively impact the customer experience of complex processes," says intentive CEO Alexander Dohmen. "By using Mercury.ai, companies can integrate automated processes into customer communication that save resources, time and thus nerves - B2B decision-makers in particular appreciate this. In the process, the chatbots can be tailored to a wide variety of needs and requirements."

"We are very pleased about the partnership with Mercury.ai," says Dirk Langenheim, Managing Director of open4business. "Mercury.ai's Conversational AI solutions are extremely impressive and offer enormous potential for optimizing customer communication. We are proud to be part of this exciting development and look forward to offering innovative solutions to our customers."

neusta Managing Director Jörg Scholtz adds: "Mercury.ai is impressive on many levels. Very important for us, for example, is the topic of data protection compliance. All data is cloud-hosted at Mercury.ai in Europe. This ensures that the integration of the AI chatbot into neusta's DXP projects meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO)."

For Mercury.ai's two managing directors Johannes Tappmeier and Stefan Trockel, the new partners are no strangers. The players have known each other for a long time and have already worked together several times on customer projects. The new collaborations will allow Mercury.ai to significantly expand its reach as a provider of chatbot solutions:

"We are convinced that intentive, open4business and neusta will be valuable partners for successfully putting our Conversational AI solutions into practice," summarizes Johannes Tappmeier. In the coming months, regular training sessions for the partners are to be established, thus raising the level of expertise around the product to a common level.
