Bielefeld, June 13, 2023. Mercury.ai, provider of Conversational AI solutions, is establishing a new partner network in the DACH region, thereby strengthening its market positioning. Previously, the Bielefeld-based company had handled customer onboarding together with partner agency and shareholder comspace. Effective immediately, three new strategic partners with concentrated digital expertise are reinforcing the project business: Mercury.ai is gaining experienced implementation partners in the digital experiences sector with intentive, open4business, and neusta webservices. Together, they aim to support companies in extending their digital platforms with intelligent chatbots and thus optimizing customer communication. Further partnerships are currently in discussion.

Mercury.ai's Conversational AI platform forms the basis for providing high-performance chatbots for automated customer service and advice. Companies like Nestlé, Volkswagen Financial Services, Ravensburger, Böllhoff, and Schüco use the platform for conversations with their customers via messenger services such as Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. One of Mercury.ai's strengths is the ability to let human representatives and chatbots serve the customer together. In this way, chatbots learn from real dialogues and can gradually handle more and more topics independently.

“Together with our new partners, we want to make Mercury.ai the most important platform for Conversational AI in the enterprise segment over the coming years,” says Mercury.ai Managing Director Johannes Tappmeier. “We have a strong team and a great product. With the new partners on board, we can reach more customers in the future and also dedicate more time to the further expansion of the platform.”

Stefan Trockel, Managing Director at Mercury.ai and responsible for product development, adds: “We are developers and techies at heart. Our goal is to continue focusing on our product while growing at the same time. Building our strategic partner network was the right step for this.”

80 years of concentrated digital experience support Mercury.ai in its further growth effective immediately

The three new partners, intentive, open4business, and neusta webservices, are experienced agencies for consulting and developing digital experiences. All partners have been successful in the market for 20 years or more and work with clients such as Miele, EDEKA, or VfL Wolfsburg. Together with Mercury.ai, they aim to introduce medium-sized and large enterprises to the advantages of Conversational AI in the future.

“The opportunities in customer service are fantastic! Chatbots are an important lever for positively impacting the customer experience of complex processes,” says intentive Managing Director Alexander Dohmen. “By implementing Mercury.ai, companies can integrate automated processes into customer communication, saving resources, time, and ultimately hassle – B2B decision-makers in particular appreciate this. The chatbots can be tailored to a wide variety of needs and requirements.”

“We are delighted about the partnership with Mercury.ai," says Dirk Langenheim, Managing Director of open4business. "Mercury.ai's Conversational AI solutions are highly impressive and offer enormous potential for optimizing customer communication. We are proud to be part of this exciting development and look forward to offering innovative solutions to our customers.”

neusta Managing Director Jörg Scholtz adds: “Mercury.ai impresses on many levels. For example, the topic of data protection compliance is very important to us. All data on Mercury.ai is hosted cloud-based in Europe. This ensures that the integration of the AI chatbot into neusta’s DXP projects meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).”

The new partners are no strangers to Mercury.ai's two managing directors, Johannes Tappmeier and Stefan Trockel. The players have known each other for a long time and have already worked together on several customer projects. Thanks to the new cooperations, Mercury.ai can significantly expand its reach as a provider of chatbot solutions:

“We are convinced that intentive, open4business, and neusta will be valuable partners in successfully putting our Conversational AI solutions into practice,” summarizes Johannes Tappmeier. In the coming months, regular training courses for the partners are to be established in order to raise the expertise surrounding the product to a common level.
