Our customers include well-known companies such as Volkswagen Bank, Nestlé, and Ravensburger.
Many companies face a dilemma: they want to leverage the potential of AI but cannot make compromises on data protection and result quality. This is where you come in. As an Account Executive, you do not sell experiments, but a productive solution for genuine current problems such as the shortage of skilled labor and rising service volumes.
You take over qualified leads and manage the entire sales process – from the initial presentation to closing the deal at C-level or divisional level.
You navigate confidently through complex decision-making processes and convince stakeholders from IT security, legal, and business departments (Service, Marketing, eCommerce).
In collaboration with our Solutions Architects, you develop individual business cases that prove the ROI of our platform through automation rates of up to 90%.
You position Mercury.ai at relevant events and within your network as the leading German pioneer for Enterprise-Ready Conversational AI.
In close cooperation with the SDR team, you sharpen our outreach strategies and identify new growth areas.
You have a successful track record in B2B sales of complex enterprise software (SaaS).
You understand the technical basics of AI and cloud infrastructures well enough to discuss on equal terms with IT decision-makers.
You are an experienced negotiator who securely guides complex contracts (including Service Level Agreements and data privacy reviews) to completion.
You act as a confident advisor, think strategically, and act entrepreneurially.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
Sell a technology that is proven to work and is in productive use by global market leaders.
Conversational AI is the top agenda item for CDOs and service directors.
