Working Student (m/f/d) Solution Engineering & Chat Design

Many chatbots fail due to inaccurate answers or a lack of process depth. We solve this problem by combining generative AI with controlled dialogue flows. As part of our team, you will ensure that this technology is translated into real value for our customers.

Your Tasks

• You will design and build compelling demos in our no-code environment to demonstrate the value of our platform to potential customers within their specific business context.

• You will support the setup of customer systems and configure intelligent workflows that handle tasks such as product search or automatic ticket creation.

• You will design automated dialogues that offer an excellent user experience while always maintaining our customers' brand-consistent tone of voice.

• You will assist in connecting to third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, or PIM systems via APIs.

• Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have the opportunity to develop into areas such as Product Management or Technical Sales.

Your Profile

• You are passionate about B2B SaaS and are not afraid to dive deep into complex software products and interface logic.

• You have the ability to put yourself in the shoes of users to design logical and elegant conversational flows.

• You are studying digital communication, computer science, business administration, or a comparable subject and will be available to work with us for at least another year.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
