Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) – Mid-Market & Enterprise
In the role of SDR, you are the first point of contact and strategic scout. You help CDOs, IT managers, and service heads to recognize the potential of Conversational AI for their specific business challenges - from automated ticket handling to transactional customer journeys.
Your Tasks
Outbound Prospecting: Identification and targeting of decision-makers in the fields of Customer Service, eCommerce, and Customer Experience (via phone, email, LinkedIn).
Qualification: Identifying pain points, business goals, and opportunities for Conversational AI.
Opportunity Creation: Building a qualified pipeline and booking appointments for our Account Executives.
Research: Developing a deep understanding of accounts and industries to build tailored value stories.
Pitch & Messaging: Sparking interest with creative outreach strategies and positioning Mercury.ai as the solution for automation, customer retention, and efficiency increases.
Objection Handling: Confidently overcoming typical objections and clearly highlighting the added value.
What You Bring
You have already gained initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of SaaS, software, or technically demanding services.
You are highly proficient in both German and English and can explain complex matters precisely and convincingly.
You have a strong affinity for tech topics and the ambition to dive deep into the logic of conversational interfaces and AI orchestration.
You act on your own initiative, think strategically, and enjoy establishing Mercury.ai as the leading German alternative in the market.
Experience in established CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Attio.
